At RadicalSol, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale items (marked as "Final Sale" at purchase).
- Customized or personalized products. Items damaged due to wear or misuse.
Return Process:
- Request a Return: Email us at returns@radicalsol.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Get Approval: We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Ship It Back: Securely pack the item(s) and ship them to the provided return address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Receive Refund/Exchange: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund (to the original payment method) or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds: Refunds exclude original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our mistake). Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact me within 7 days of delivery at kayleigh@radicalsol.com, and we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.
